• OVH VPS (EU) — server infrastructure hosting subscriber data

All processors act on our instructions and are used solely to operate the newsletter.

6. Data Storage and International Transfers

Subscriber data is stored on our self-hosted Listmonk instance running on an OVH VPS located in the European Union.

Email delivery is handled via Amazon SES. As Amazon is a company based outside the European Economic Area, personal data may be transferred outside the EU.

Such transfers are safeguarded using appropriate legal mechanisms, including Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) and applicable data protection agreements provided by Amazon.

7. Email Tracking and Analytics

Our emails may include:

• A small tracking pixel to measure email opens
• Tracked links to measure clicks

This data is used solely to understand email performance and improve content quality.

You can limit email tracking by disabling image loading in your email client or by unsubscribing from the newsletter at any time.

We retain your personal data only for as long as you remain subscribed.

When you unsubscribe:

• Your email address is immediately removed from active mailing lists
• A minimal suppression record may be retained to ensure you are not contacted again
• Anonymized statistical data may be kept for analytics
