Data We Collect

Usage Data

Usage Data is collected automatically when using the Service. This may include:

• Device's IP address and approximate location derived from it
• Device type, operating system, advertising identifier and other device identifiers
• Gameplay events (such as installs, launches, progress and in-app purchases) and session duration
• App version, crash logs and diagnostic data

Game Services Accounts

Our games may sign you in to Google Play Games or Apple Game Center. We then receive your player ID and display name as permitted by their privacy policies. We also use an anonymous app identifier (Firebase Authentication) that is not linked to your name or email.

Game Saves Sent to Support

If you choose to send your game save to our support, we receive a copy of the save together with your player ID. We use it only to answer your request.

Fair Play and Fraud Prevention

If the game detects progress that is not possible under the game rules (for example, from a modified game or save), it sends us your player IDs, display name, a copy of your game save and the detection details. We use this data to keep leaderboards and events fair and to prevent fraud.

How We Use Your Data

We may use your data to:

• Provide and maintain our Service — including monitoring usage and fixing bugs
• Manage your account — for cloud saves and cross-device sync
• Contact you — for important updates, security notices, or support responses
• Improve our games — analyze usage trends and player feedback
• Show personalized ads — to support free-to-play games (with opt-out options)
• Process purchases — when you buy in-app items
• Measure our advertising — understand which ad campaigns bring new players
• Prevent fraud — detect cheating and keep leaderboards and events fair

Service Providers

We work with trusted third-party service providers to operate our games. Not every game uses every provider listed below.

Analytics, Diagnostics and Game Services

Advertising

We use advertising partners to show ads in our free games. In the EEA, the UK and Switzerland, the game asks for your consent before personalized ads; you can change your choice in the game's Privacy settings where available. You can also reset or delete your advertising identifier, or opt out of personalized ads, in your device settings.

Payments

In-app purchases are processed through the app stores. We never store your payment card details.

Data Retention

We retain your Personal Data only for as long as necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy. Usage Data is generally retained for a shorter period, except when used to improve security or functionality.

Game saves sent to support are kept as long as needed to handle your request. Fair-play detection data is kept as long as needed to prevent fraud and keep leaderboards and events fair. We delete both on request.

Data Transfer

Your information may be transferred to and maintained on servers located outside your country. By using our Service, you consent to this transfer. We ensure that your data is treated securely and in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

Security

The security of your data is important to us. We use commercially acceptable means to protect your Personal Data, but no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the following rights:

For deletion requests, please include your player name or the support request ID if you have one, so we can find your data. Analytics data is stored without your name or player ID, so we cannot link it to you.

Children's Privacy

Our Service does not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. If we become aware that we have collected data from a child under 13, we will take steps to remove that information.
